The Madison County Clean Power Coalition is a non-profit 501c3 organization affiliated with the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League (BREDL). All of our members are volunteers who receive no financial compensation for their work. 

 

As we work to communicate the dangers of biomass power plants, the dangers of burning creosote or chemically preserved railroad ties, and our plans to stop harmful emissions from the biomass power plant, we incur expenses. Among other things, we have designed, printed, and distributed road signs; we have designed, printed, and distributed pamphlets; and we have purchased a domain and designed a comprehensive website.

 

For the sake of the health and well-being of our community, we need your help to fight this powerful international corporation.
